very clean and generous room service. Reception were great and really helpful with tips about NYC especially Marcos who could not do enough. We enjoyed the gym everyday and the breakfast vouchers worked well for us. A few healthier choices on the breakfast menu would be good.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the bottled water and coffee refilled every day. It's close to Red Hooks trendy places.

Location was fantastic, short walk to Times Square and in between 5th and 6th Avenue and a great bar next door. Also short walk to Penn Station and other subway stations. The grab and go breakfast was excellent and a bonus. Room was cosy as per most mid range Hotels in New York but had everything you needed and was very clean with helpful staff. Excellent value.

I really enjoyed my stay at Pod39, the staff were friendly and professionnal, always willing to help..The room was very clean..we had service everyday..the location of the hotel is excellent..I would highly recommand this hotel.

The whole apartment was very clean. Plenty of towels etc. and the kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. Well located near to convenience stores, restaurants and the subway. Views from the room over the east river are fab. Cocktail lounge is cosy, unpretentious and has wonderful views.

it was the best decision to stay at this place. Stuff was super friendly , place very clean , great distance to the train and lovely playgrounds and mini beach just 10 mins walk which my 3 daughters enjoyed probably as much as New York itself😂. 24 hours open gym, nice breakfast
