Exceptional location and staff. It was such a pleasure to stay here in a comfortable and very clean room on the 9th floor. Friendly and inviting hosts. Proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants was stellar. I can't wait to return. Highly recommend the Willow Bay Resort.

Many choices for outdoor space, room was great for 2 people, beach very clean. Staff was great!

I enjoyed the location of the beach right by the hotel. The room was a nice size and very clean.

The location of the hotel was great! Right on the beach, open up the sliding door to the balcony and the ocean is right there. Very easy beach access. The room was very clean and the staff extremely pleasant. The building itself is dated, however; the room seemed to be freshened up with newer paint, carpeting, bedding.

Suites/ hotel were very clean. Suites were spacious and modern. The location was perfect for beach access as well.

Rehabbed older motel. Very clean, very comfortable and a fraction of the price of other hotels. Positioned across the street from beach access- could see the ocean from The balcony areas. Has a nice pool. Could use new doors/frames. Our room had. A surprise kitchen/ could have easily stayed here for vacation.

Entire facility was very clean with housekeeping very busy throughout the day keeping it that way. The multiple pools were also well maintained and clean. Easy beach access and easy access to HWY 17 were also a plus. Bars and restaurant served good food and drinks and reasonably priced.

Loved our large room (we got the suite). It was very clean. Parking was close to the room and beach which made it easy to carry stuff to both places. Staff was really friendly. The breakfast buffet was good.

Access was convenient emails are very detailed. Building has on site security and is well maintained, very clean. The apartment itself while dated was very clean. Has a full size fridge and a great view There is a lot of books and some games for those rainy beach days.
