The place was a lot more run down than the pictures online showed. The rooms were really small and the bathrooms were not very clean and our toilet had a black ring of something on it. There were stairs that were blocked off and an empty pool. No real blankets and stains on the sheets. Two small pillows on each bed and smelled of stale smoke.

It was very clean and felt safe in a area that didn't seem safe these days. The gentelman who checked me in was very kind and informative. Great Hospitality!

The room was clean and quiet for the most part. The breakfast was perfect very well kept dinning area... And the pool is well kept as well very clean.

Friendly, competent staff; very clean room; comfortable bed with nice linens; kitchenette; good shower; laundromat; business desk with a printer; next to an amazing walking trail & close to Walmart... That's a lot to like for a good price. We were here for just over a week because of a death in the family, & My Place was an excellent long-term stay - exceptional hospitality!

Very clean and provided what we needed at a good price. The extra kitchenette with 2nd sink was very handy. Room was spacious.
