Offering a garden and river view, Camp Jakkalsfontein - Entire farm & Campsite is set in Tulbaghweg, 7.5 km from De Oude Kerk Museum Tulbagh and 33 km from Ceres Golf Club. The property as a whole was massive, filled with everything our group could want to do. The indoor and outdoor fire place was the best part of it all. The kitchen was well stocked with cuttlery and crockery, the beds were all comfortable and sufficient for our group size. Our host Geoffrey was amazing, available whenever needed, easy to talk to, and an all round good man. A big thank you to Geoffrey for helping to make our weekend very easy and a lot of fun !

We loved the large farm house. Ilse left us some rusks and coffee and tea and milk and sugar. The house was so warm and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Nature just brings out the best out of me. Me and my partner loved the quietness of location and the dam that was the cherry on the cake.

The comfy double bed, bath tub, heated blanket, indoor games, karaoke and free champagne 🍾+ biltong snacks made our stay. Hut was spotless, unexpected spa treats, robes, slippers and a fire pit that gave us the right mix of comfort and nature. We tried the African barbecue "braai", the pizza oven and stargazing. Kliprivier Park Tulbagh, a property with a garden and a terrace, is set in Tulbagh, 700 metres from De Oude Kerk Museum Tulbagh, 30 km from Ceres Golf Club, as well as 48 km from Porterville golf course. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a year-round outdoor pool. The location was perfect for us and within walking distance from the Town Hall where we attended a conference. The staff were very friendly and helpful during check in and throughout the weekend. We had an issue with our hot water and geyser, but this was attended to immediately and in a friendly way. Thank you Marianna for your efforts. This camp is awesome as it is, but I am convinced that the new owners will make it very special again. I will definitely go back and recommend the camp to family, friends and anyone who is looking for a relaxing weekend. The fact that they do not allow day visitors makes it a safe and pleasant environment and not overcrowded at all. Keep up the good work and good luck with all your improvements.
