All the amenities I needed were available, which made my stay easy and enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful—I truly appreciate their warm hospitality and support throughout my stay. A big thank you to the whole team for making me feel so welcome. I recently stayed at Premium Homestay in Oval Tower Business Bay, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was not only filthy but also uncomfortably tiny, falling far short of basic cleanliness and comfort standards. The most alarming issue was the makeshift wooden structure provided for accessing the bed. This structure was unstable and ultimately broke while I was using it, resulting in an injury to my foot. This not only caused me physical harm but also highlighted a significant disregard for guest safety. Given these circumstances, I am requesting an immediate refund for my stay. Additionally, I expect the management to cover any medical expenses incurred due to the injury caused by their negligent provision of unsafe amenities. I urge future travelers to exercise caution when considering accommodations at this establishment. My experience suggests a troubling lack of attention to both cleanliness and guest safety.
