Breakfast, Friendly Staff. Lovely large rooms, great balcony, convenient parking .

This property was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed and more. It was in a perfect location, only a short walk to the lake with off street parking provided. It was equipped with a washing machine/ dryer, stove top, oven, coffee pod machine and more. The view from the balcony overlooking the mountains was breathtaking. The hosts were so helpful and friendly, we cannot wait to come back.

The hotel is wonderful, with super friendly staff and a convenient location just a 5-minute walk from the center, which has various restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet is very nice, can be served on a terrace that offers an amazing view of the mountains.

Typical mountain style furnishings. Very pretty. Lovely outside sitting area and garden. We loved the homegrown Kräutertee. Bio coffee beans were also provided. Welcome fruits and biscuits were very nice. Host lady very friendly and helpful. Lovely location, 100m from the bus stop directly to Königsee Schifffahrt. 5min drive to shopping center with dm and supermarkets. Very convenient to go for evening walks.

I like the place very much. The host is very friendly and attentive to details, ready to help. It is conveniently located in an area which is not busy and quite close to all attractions which are reachable by car easily. Room and facilities are pristine clear. Alps views right out of the balcony are incredible. The nature is fantastic. Nice bonus to our stay was electrical car charging option that saved us a lot of time.

Good breakfast, good location, friendly staff (keep in mind they are on site till 6pm). 6pm is also a deadline for checking in. Vending machine with soda and beer next to the entrance.

Budget friendly, great breakfast buffet. Königssee is only 10 min walk. Clean and comfortable room.

People are very friendly! Shared the information about the natural sights and gave advice on how to get there the best way! We had a marvelous breathtaking view to the mountains! The location is really convenient!

Had a wonderful week at this clean, simply furnished, functional, spacious comfortable apartment in convenient central location! Good cooking, washing & sleeping facilities. The blackout shutters were perfect for good nights sleep! No washer/dryer and minimal storage but was fine for us. Quiet location close to stunning nature walks in the hills/mountains and along the riverside, yet still nearby to lovely restaurants, bars and nightlife. Excellent communications from su per friendly courteous host who lives onsite. We’ll be back 👍

We got there late, there was a note and key on the door. Was easy to find and park at. The view is exceptional, it's the reason to book it, you cannot beat it. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all afternoon and morning. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, opening the pool up for us in the morning. Good options for breakfast. It isn't cheap if you're on a budget, but for the view itself, it's worth it! Even for a night in the area, it's A MUST STAY.
