A well-appointed hotel with friendly staff in an excellent location. Having three people in one room made the trip significantly cheaper than it might have been. The roof-top bar was a nice touch, and the free public travel cards an unexpected bonus!

Very new looking. Rooms and shared bathrooms were very clean. Positively surprised for a capsule hotel! Would stay again if looking for a cheap yet decent room.

Stayed here a few times before, and it remains every bit as clean, modern, and comfortable as I remembered. Convenient to walk to from the railway station, friendly staff, and a well-equipped and nicely designed room. Remains my first choice in Hamburg, whenever the room rate fits within the work expenses budget.

Reasonable place, so I did not have a lot of expectations. The room was not too big as there were 8 bunk beds. The bathroom & toilets were actually convenient. My trip was short and was on a budget so this was a good option to me.
