In Tokyo the staff helped me find a doctor and in both locations staff helped with the taxi. Really nice and very good English. About the hotel: the rooms are ventilated which is great for a good night sleep. Bathrooms are just spotless. Extremely clean. Towels can be changed after each use. I like that the restrooms are separated from the showers and there are plenty of sinks. Shower rooms are perfect size. You even have a designed area where to leave your clothes. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioners are premium quality. Location: excellent! Walkable distance to Gion and to the subway station. Loads of restaurants and shops around the area. Everything was top! If I ever go back to Japan I know where I'm staying.
