The house with a pool and garden has great potential and was very nice (when I overlook the imperfect cleaning). I really liked the garden with the pool and the outdoor terrace for sitting around the grill in the evening, the proximity to the city beach and a shop with basic equipment. If they upgrade the kitchen, I would definitely recommend the house, especially families with children will appreciate the garden.
