The apartament was very neat and clean. Very well organized. We visited in the summer and the two air conditioners were more than enough. Ophelie who gave us the keys was very polite and friendly. Will comeback for sure!

The apartment was comfortable,cozy & lovely.The bathroom was adequate.The bed was luxurious.There are 2 TV's in the apartment.The views over Lyon were stunning.A pleasant walk from the apartment down Mnt du Chemin Neuf leads you straight into the old town.The owners are very helpful.The apartment is at the end of the 3rd floor of a students university residential block.I saw very few students & didnt hear any it was very peaceful.A code is required to gain access to the block another code is required to gain access to the apartment.

The location is great. It’s clean and feels safe. You can park your car in the garage for 10€ per day and you can easily walk to the nearest subway, it takes 10 minutes. There is also a bakery and a supermarket (Auchan) en route to the subway. The entrance of the hotel is very modern, with a reception desk, couches and a small bar area. The staff were lovely. They spoke English very well and they immediately gave us a new kettle, as the one in our room was faulty. The room itself was a studio, with a small kitchenette containing a fridge, microwave, hob and cutlery. There’s a kettle with tea bags and coffee. You would just need to bring your own milk, if desired. We had a large double bed and a pull out sofa for the kids. The bed is comfortable, and so are the pillows. The bathroom has a built in radio, which we personally loved. There were fresh towels for all of us and everything felt clean. The air conditioning switches off at night, but even though it was 38oC in Lyon that day, the room had a cool temperature from being air conditioned during the day.

Everything was great. The room according to the photos, clean and comfortable. Staff helpful. In particular, thanks to Mr. Thomas who took care of us, quickly answered questions and was very nice. I would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was a good size and well appointed with features. The location was very central and exceptionally quiet for the middle of the city.

It is a nice specious room with your own swimming pool. We weren’t too sure where we will stay but it is not the main house but summer house shown on the photos. It is nicely decorated and everything was very modern. Bed was comfortable and there were cooking facilities - nice to prep breakfast. Owner didn’t use the pool while we were there so it felt like our own swimming pool. Owner did his best to keep the pool clean but maintaining a pool is hard - we were aware of it.
