Centrally located at start of Pennine Way with easy access to multiple hiking routes minutes from Edale train station. Accommodation was right beside the Nags Head with a great menu. Staff were just amazing - Mrs Doyle especially! Accommodation was always warm as the cold weather came in.

The lodge is beautiful, cosy and well-equipped. It is even prettier than the pictures! Overlooking a stream, there are lovely spots to sit outside. The hosts were very responsive and helpful (we didn't need to meet them). Perfect location for walks, swims, and trips into Buxton. We will be back !

The location is fantastic very peaceful perfect for walkers etc. place was very clean and nice size lodge they had put the heating on so was nice and toasty when we got there would stay here again
