The remote, peaceful and beautiful location, the home made breakfasts and diners (very big portions!), the lovely and helpful staff. They helped us find a driver who took us to jatiluwih Rice fields, a hot spring and a very interesting chocolate plantation and factory. Perfect choice if you are looking for a homestay in the nature.

I absolutely loved my stay at the jungle cabin—it was the perfect start to my journey. The host was incredibly kind, picking me up from the airport, helping me get a SIM card, and even taking me to a commission-free money exchange. I felt completely safe and well taken care of. His wife prepared the most delicious Balinese food, and I had an amazing time on his tour, visiting breathtaking temples, exploring the stunning Jatiluwih rice terraces, and tasting traditional Balinese coffee—including the famous Luwak coffee. The cabin itself is a peaceful retreat, surrounded by nature, making it a perfect escape from the hustle of the city. I truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely return!

The hosts were incredibly friendly and warm-hearted. Putu shared a lot of knowledge with us – we are very grateful for that; it was truly enriching. A special highlight was the food: the cook, Putu’s wife, prepared every meal with great care and love. It was not only delicious and healthy, but also very diverse – we enjoyed every meal

Everything about my stay was perfect and exceeded my expectations. The cabins are newly built and very comfortable, as well as the beautiful grounds around the property, the delicious breakfast, and the epic views especially from the restaurant. the location was incredible. Right in the middle of the rice fields, it felt you were a million miles away. The husband and wife team were so friendly and welcoming. They ordered food for us for dinner and served a great breakfast in the morning. The rooms were basic but very comfortable and great value for money. We went for a walk in the morning through the Jatiluwih rice fields, such breathtaking views. Highly recommend.

I can’t quite decide whether it was the fact that Wayan and Ketut were such incredible hosts, or the location, that made this experience so fabulous. I have had to conclude that both were equally wonderful. Wayan & Ketut went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and happy and would have done anything to make sure that I was. The cabin itself and location were absolutely perfect for an opportunity to escape the crowds and enjoy the peace and magic of the jungle and proved to be the perfect place to escape, rest, reflect and write. Wayan and Ketut made me feel a part of the family and I can’t recommend the Bali Mountain Cabin enough.

Our room was clean and nice! Breakfasts are big and tasty, beautiful area! The staff is also friendly. But when we arrived, we left our things at the reception, and when we were given our things, we did not get back two packages with gifts that we bought on the way, and no one told us about it during our entire stay there. We bought expensive teas and coffee for our friends!
