This was a spectacular property and the most brilliant stay, we could not have asked for a more perfect experience in the Irish countryside. Kids loved building the fire, the communal space is exceptionally beautiful, very organised and clean and everything was truly perfect! Our walk up Lime Hill was also a memorable experience!

The place is absolutely beautiful, and the personnel is extremely customer oriented and highly professional. We were really impressed by the service from Eilis (with such elegance!) and Raquel (very good site seeing advice) as well as all other staff members. Breakfast and dîner were also excellent. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was everything that you needed and more. The owners are such a lovely friendly couple who had left milk, bread and biscuits for us. Thank you, we will definitely be back to stay again.

Very clean with a beautiful bedroom with window seats looking down on the Main Street. Lovely bed linen and comfortable bed. The decor is classy and the kitchen and dining room area is vast and has everything you could want for a self service continental breakfast including fresh strawberries and blueberries which I love.

What a wonderful place and hosts. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth, openness and baked goods! The chalet was built with their own hands and while a little basic, it was exactly what we wanted. The drive to the farm is past wonderful hills and lakes and we would have loved to spend many more days hiking the area, it left us with a desire to come back and visit Donegal for longer. It should be noted that there was barely any wifi reception which we needed to plan our route for the next day but with a little persistence we were able to connect for long enough for this purpose. In the evening Marion and Fiona gave us a little demo on their fiddles and we were very grateful to hear about their lives in Ireland and the centrality of music.
