It was so so so great, I loved it there!!! I probably stayed a bit longer than most of the guests and really became part of the family. I met the nicest staff ever and had the most amazing time there. It's a bit out of the way from Paje but you can be in town in 2 minutes on the Boda Boda/ 30 minute walk, but a pool day at demani is also highly recommended if you just want to relax :)

I had an incredible stay at Blue Reef! The location is perfect, right by the beach, and the gym area was fantastic, allowing me to get some great workouts in during my stay. The staff and owners were incredibly welcoming and offered excellent recommendations for tours and activities. I also felt completely safe throughout my visit, which meant a lot as a solo female traveler. The food was absolutely delicious, and they were happy to accommodate specific dietary needs. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this place enough and would definitely come back!

The staff were above and helpful to me and my husband. A dear special thanks to Moses, Mohamed, Steve, Uthman and Amina for accommodating us and making our stay very comfortable. The location is perfect, extremely close walk to the beach. At times there were hardly any people on the beach and it was so romantic. For a couple of weeks stay you can do a few things around the island. The food is amazing and fresh! Most of all, everyone was very welcoming and nice which made it more pleasant. Want to say a special thanks to the other couple staying at the Lodge. If you're reading this Asim and Olive, thanks for the advice and tips!
