Absolutely everything. Secure off road parking. Great breakfast with interesting items like Kudu boerewors and warthog sausage. Gorgeously decorated cottage, well equipped kitchen with an honesty bar stuffed with goodies, plenty of space, more than enough hot water and good pressure jn the showers. Beds are cosy and really comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. So many thoughtful extras like towels if you swim in the river, blankets for chilly evenings on the deck, that deck looking onto the river, books, magazines, games, toys... I wanted to stay forever.

Our family had the most pleasant stay! James & Bela are great hosts and were super accommodating and helpful. The two rooms are set up for everything you might need to make your stay comfortable and able to 100% self cater. It is also exceptionally clean and the beds super comfy. We will definitely be back again!

Brian and Jenny were terrific hosts and were very helpful. Rusty and Pedro their dogs are great company. Had some nice chats in the evening sat around the fire. Plans are in place to make the park on which they are based a big five one. Our safari tent was comfortable enough for us.

The place is a true gem, we absolutley loved it. Had a fantastic time. Our toddler loved running around, entering the swimming pool and even got lucky to meet Lucy the giraffe. The food was amazing. My husband has celiac and he had so much great options to eat. We had a problem with the car on the way and the staff were super friendly, helpful and available for us. So happy we had the oppurtunity to stay in this great place. Thank you!

I liked that we had a lot of space. We were woken up by the song of different African birds. Our guide Gibson showed us a lot of animal that we would not seen without him. We liked too the canoeing tour on the river.

Such a beautiful idyll - perfectly located for a day at the national park and with a lovely restaurant onsite. The personnel were super welcoming and the room was immaculately clean. I really loved the coffee machine in the lounge to grab a nice coffee to enjoy on the little patio. Pool was a lovely relaxing place to while away some hours. The whole plot was incredibly calm and serene - would highly recommend. PS - note that the ratings outside of WiFi are all 10/10! We had no issues with WiFi while we were there, but equally would not expect perfect WiFi in a rurally located spread out property - seems unfair it brings down the overall ratings!

Excellent location very close to the southern gate of the Addo Elephant Reserve. Large, vey comfortable tent with a roll top bath. Friendly staff. Large gardens with antelope and other wildlife surrounding the accommodation. Good breakfast and evening meals available. Swimming Pool
