The staff is really friendly and helpful. We got to the property late at night (due to some delays in our journey) and despite that, Paola, the administrator, was there waiting for us and had figured that out already. Besides, she gave us every single piece of advice on how to enjoy our stay even better by providing us directions to all necessary facilities in town and tips on the tours to take in. And at checkout she was very kind to keep our things while we were waiting for our time to leave the city. We loved the town and Paola made it even more appreciative. It felt like home. I will definitely recommend it to anyone I know who’s going to El Calafate.

The cabin is clean, new and comfortable. It's on top of a hill so with a view on the lake too. I especially appreciated small details like the books and guitar. Walter and Romina were super helpful and understanding. 100% recommend!

Our host Patricia was wonderful and super helpful. Her Place is beautiful, clean and super confortable. It has everything we needed for our stay. We used her van services with fair rates as well and was so convenient for the 6 of us and it was fun. Definitely book with confidence!

We had 48 wonderful hours in two very comfortable and cosy cottage units and would warmly recommend the cottages and the very friendly and service minded owners anytime! It is obvious that the owners take the responsibilities as hosts most seriously and I am very happy to tell you that they are very successful at that!

Guests staying at Cristina can treat themselves to Patagonian dishes at the on-site restaurant and a daily breakfast. This place is 10/10. From the moment you get on to the boat that drives your through ice fields to the hotel to the minute you step back onto it, truly special!!! Staff was very friendly, the remoteness is amazing if you seek it. Never stayed anywhere like this before. Very good food. Amazing activities.

Cabañas de Nené Aparts has fully furnished cottages styled with rustic wood furnishings and a warm palette. They are fitted with cable TV and have full kitchen facilities. Private bathrooms include bath tubs. Laundry services are offered. The nicest and friendliest host ever! Super clean cabin, has every gadget you need in the kitchen. Has plenty of room for a small family! Breakfast is served good quality ham and cheese, croissants, etc. The location is a bit away from downtown (12 minute walk), but we needed peace and quite.
