We really like the location, which is perfect for visiting the National Park, as the entrance is very near and the hotel even offers free shuttle. However, what really made our stay special was the hotel stuff, especially Ming, who spoke english fluently and was very kind and helpful. He helped us buy all the tickets, provided us with maps and instructions and he even saved us when he drove us to the train station early in the morning to catch our train to Guilin. I would definitely recommend staying at the Nvue Resorts.

The hotel is perfectly located, just 3 minutes from the bus shuttle to the train station and 2 minutes from the river. The room is modern, clean and comfortable. Veronica was super helpful via Wechat, she speaks perfect English. Overall for the price, the value is exceptional.

Very nice location, very quiet and with a lot of charm. The host is also very helpful, he will help you to book transportation from/to the airport and will also help you with park tickets. There is a free shuttle to the park entrance (5min drive). I can only recommend this wonderful place !

The room was comfy and clean. The lady owner was very helpful to guide us through the planning for the national park visitation. She also helped us to purchase the 4 days shuttle bus and entrance ticket. Since the hotel location was far from the gate entrance to the park. She helped to shuttle us to the bus station so that we could get the bus to the gate entrance.

Perfect location to get to Wulingyuan, Tianmen, the Canyon and many more. The reception helped me with booking all the tickets I needed. I also took the airport shuttle they offer and was received with a warm welcome, when I exited the airport. Thanks for the great time, I will recommend you to some friends :)

Near Changsha train station with free shuttle service to station. Staff was friendly and helpful especially a young manager ,Chuan? Value for money.

Owner was very nice. Veronica was very friendly and really helpful and she speaks perfect English. The golden retriever is very lovely :) The location is superb! Just takes few minutes walk to the tourist spot (very close to Hong bridge) and 3-5 minutes to the railway shuttle bus stop (Qifeng square). The room is clean and bed is very comfortable. Best value for money in this town area.

Wonderful modern hotel with good breakfast. Large bathroom and beds. Nice view of airport. 3min hotel shuttle to airport every half hour or very cheap (RMB 7-9) taxi if you can’t wait for the shuttle.

Awesome boutique hotel. Stay here for the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the park entrance and any easy walk to many restaurants near hotel. The staffs were proactively helpful and went above and beyond. Helping arrange trips, even telling us right shuttle bus to the Baofeng Lake and Yellow dragon cave in Wulingyuan (very easy to get bus from bus stop near hotel, no need to take expensive taxi ). The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Just book here if you visit Zhangjiajie.
