I loved my stay at the property. The host Magdalene was so warm and welcoming, she really made my stay. I loved the garden and views of the mountains. my room and shared living-area had a cosy bavarian feel. breakfast was nice with bread, jam, meats, cheese, yogurt and teas available. Its a 15 minute walk to Grainau village and the walk is really pretty.

The location is perfect, very near to supermarkets and some shopping places. The neighborhood is very quiet, too. Last but not least, the house host keeper is very helpful and polite. There was small issue with the window and light in one room, but not a big problem and has been taken care of. In general, the price is not cheap but totally worthy. I'll recommend this villa to you, and believe this decision will help to your wonderful trip too.
