The house was super cute and in a good location in the middle of the olive trees, horses and sheep. It was also very nice that the different hiking trails were very close. Everything was very clean. The host Antonio was also very friendly. He left us some olive oil he had made himself. And extra 12 points goes to very sharp kitchen knives. Muchas gracias!!!

What an amazing location...close to so much, and a lovely opportunity to experience the countryside of Spain as well as visiting nearby historic cities. This cabin was comfortable and quiet. Santiago was very friendly and helpful. We slept so well both nights we were here. The location is beautiful; outside of the very busy Granada but close enough to see the Alhambra and other sights. We had a rental car and were able to park it on site. Would definitely recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We were there for three days and went on a different hike each day. We also enjoyed the seclusion. Due to the time of year, first week in February, there wasn't anyone else in the area except for the home owner, whom we would see typically in the afternoon when we returned from our hike. The closest village was Prada Maguilla, which appeared closed down for the winter. The only 'residents ' we saw there were two friendly donkeys. If you have a chance to visit and are into hiking, I suggest the Puntal de la Mira hike, which provides the most amazing 360 views when you get to the top where the refuge is located. Be sure the weather is good if you're there during the winter months. Although we had a sunny day, there was some leftover snow and cooler breezes from time to time.
