From the moment I arrived until the day I left, everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the owner of Aurora Retreats was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From providing detailed directions to the property to offering helpful suggestions on local restaurants, their warm and welcoming nature made me feel right at home. Speaking of the property itself, it was nothing short of stunning. Nestled in the midst of nature, the retreat offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The serene atmosphere and tranquil surroundings made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It truly felt like a hidden gem. One aspect that particularly stood out to me was the impeccable cleanliness and tidiness of the place. The attention to detail was evident in every nook and cranny. The rooms were spotless, the common areas were well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was one of relaxation and serenity. It was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining their property to the highest standards. During my stay, I had the opportunity to explore the surrounding area, and I was not disappointed. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, from hiking trails to nearby attractions. The owner's recommendations proved to be invaluable, as I was able to make the most of my time in the area and discover hidden gems I would have otherwise missed. Overall, my experience at Aurora Retreats was exceptional, and I can confidently say that I will be coming back in the future. The locations great for exploring and it was super nice to wake up with a sea view. The hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. We would recommend :-)

We were thankful for the provided basic supplies, like milk, coffee, orange juice. The cabins are superbly equipped, lovely and very clean. Harlosh is the perfect spot to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, with quiet, fresh air and stunning views on the bay and its wildlife (seals, birds, etc.). Great starting point to explore the Isle of Skye.

Vanessa went above and beyond to make the cabin feel like home♥️ Her attention to every little possible detail was impressive. She definitely went above and beyond♥️ The cabin was very clean, equipped with everything you might possibly need and The views were spectacular. I highly recommend staying in this cabin!! We had a great experience and will absolutely repeat it in the future♥️

The property has an outdoor dining area. Very comfortable pod in the Centre of the Isle of Skye. All major Skye highlights are good to reach. The pod had everything you need and was very well taken care of! We will come back if we ever return to Skye!

A joy to be on a working croft.

Guests can take in the views of the mountain from the patio, which also has outdoor furniture. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Beachfront views were lovely, heating worked a treat, well stocked and furnished little bothy. Ideal for a couples getaway
