The pictures don’t do this property justice. It’s much better than it seems and it was cleaned properly prior to our arrival. It has the perfect location - just a few steps to the sea, but at the same time very private. Since the property is fenced all around, our dog had a blast as well. Boris is one of the kindest host we have met on our travels. He welcomed us with a fridge, stocked with cold drinks, fresh fruit and snacks, and also brought us something from the bakery every morning! And he does that without being intrusive at all. I wish we could stay longer, but we are definitely returning next year to this underrated gem.

This is a perfect spot for civilization (and digital) detox, as you're surrounded by nature and well off the grid. Velebit National Park is close by for hiking and exploring.

There is really everything for a wonderful stay in nature, and though it seems in the middle of nowhere there are hiking trails, biking trails, wild horses and even two restaurants within short distance and for those who want to go to the seaside it is only 30 min driving away.

The house is on the great location, it is spacious, cozy, suranded by beautiful nature. There was some equipment for children wich was great. The comunication with owners was easy and quick. We hade some issue with heating system but they reacted quickly and solved the situation. I would definitely stay there again.
