Our Host brought us on a 4 hour unforgettable hike on small, hidden tracks,,traversing ricepaddys and rainforest, home to endiguas black monkeys, finishing with a cool bath below the waterfall. Breakfest delicuas and healhy, local specialitys provided for lunch!

Staying in the quiet village close to the mosque really helped us feel immersed in their culture. The host Putu & staff were so welcoming and chilled out. The family room was perfect! If you are looking for luxuries this isn’t for you. Comfort and peace then yes!

We learned about their local culture and way of living and felt part of their community during these two days: joining them for an UNO game, English class and tour. Leaving was hard because Hari and his friends made us feel super welcomed.
