The staff was amazing. very kind, dedicated and helpful. we had one of greatest massage ever on the 6th floor with the nicest lady - this was amazing!! Dinner was a very nice experience. nature around the hotel is fascinating, great location! Also the shuttle bus is an excellent service and the driver very kind. all and all very memorable experience.

Great location - Near the train station, and about 15 minute walk from Mt. Iimoriyama. I rested well at this hotel, thanks to the window shutters and the two pillows. Breakfast was delicious, filling, and somewhat Muslim-friendly - the grilled salmon was delicious (assuming no mirin). Lobby was spacious, beautiful, and decorated with local specialties. Great price for a 3-star hotel.

I like my own room, it had a heater that worked really well and an airconditioner. It also had a table with a study lamp, a mirror, a huge cabinet/shelf, hangers, and some tissue. The bed was very very soft. The room was clean. The room was very spacious, a lot of grounds to move around and unpack. The toilet was nice and clean. The bathroom had a washing machine with detergent. There was also shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bathroom. Cotton swabs and tissue were also provided as well as my own towel.

Close to the station, modern, clean, everything at the doorstep. Easy getting to station to visit miharu cherry blossom tree. No need to hire a car as only a tain ride and 700yen shuttle bus return to the famous Miharu Takizakura.

Beautiful, very spacious traditional room with private onsen overlooking a breathtaking view of the snowy mountains. Very attentive front desk, great internal souvenir store. Didn't get to try the food or the public onsen. Local scenery is absolutely gorgeous nestled among the mountains and the river. A hotel shuttle is available to get to Ashinomakionsen Station.

We had a room with an open air bath on the balcony, it was amazing so I would recommend to pay the extra for this room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and also spoke English. The location is a little remote so be prepared for that, though there is a free shuttle bus to the station and back. The hotel is a little older but I think it has been quite well maintained.
