I fell in love with this place! The spacious room and common areas are very clean. The balcony offers a breathtaking view. There’s a small kitchenette where you can boil water, use the dishes, and store food in the fridge. Within walking distance, you’ll find a vegetable shop and stores with all the essentials. Simple yet delicious Sri Lankan food is available nearby. The room doesn’t feel hot, so there’s no need for air conditioning. I didn’t even use the fan. It’s a perfect place to relax and recharge after exploring the mountains and local sights. Getting to the center of Kandy is easy: take a tuk-tuk or hop on a local bus, which runs frequently. The host is an incredibly kind, hospitable, and responsive person, always ready to assist with anything you need. You can tell he truly loves what he does. He also has a wonderful dog, which makes the place feel even more welcoming. A pleasant surprise for me was that they sort waste here, which is rare to see. For just $13 a night, you won’t find a better place to stay in Kandy!

That was one of the most amazing and unordinary stay in my life. And working in a tourism I’ve been staying in many hotels all over the world. The view from the room is awe-inspiring. The air here is so clean, fresh, and filled with the scents of flowers and trees that you can't get enough of it. I was sitting on the balcony for several hours, unable to take my eyes off the views of the mountains around me. The room itself was very comfortable to stay in, excellent bed linen and pillows gave me a feeling of comfort while sleeping. The manager of the property Inthizar was very hospitable, showed us the entire territory of the hotel, told us the story of its creation, that many things in the interior were made by his father's hands. In the morning, he took us to the tea factory (which works here for more than 70 years already), where we had a fascinating tour of the tea production and tasting of various varieties of tea. Then he took us to the local market, where we bought fresh fruits. It was a pity to leave the hotel, one night is not enough to enjoy all the charm of living in THE CLOUDS BTW, The drive from the center of Kandy took us around 50 minutes, the navigator finds the location without any problems, the entrance is very convenient

For us it was an amazing week that we did not expect the peace of the place, and the ease of getting around. Asela drove us to Kandy any time, we didn't know is was so close, and the drive so easy. It was actually nicer for us to be out of the city and Ascela took us around at a very low cost, we used messaging and always on time to meet us. Restaurants are interesting in town but we enjoyed eating at the home-stay because the food was very very good & healthy, such a beautiful place to look over the valley & their own vegetable & herb garden! We liked going on walks, magnificent views, and Asela actually gave us a little hiking tour! In Kandy, there are tourists like us- at Tedro we had privacy, but also felt part of the community when we took walks. There is a TV but we never used it. We will be back, some day, and we do recommend this precious experience to anyone that wants good food, good sleep (the bed is great, view is really nice) access to town& the sights. In fact, we ended up going on a longer excursion to Siguria with Asela as our driver! He kindly got us there and back safeley, and gave us a lot of space for personal privacy as we did our own exploring. He is a very good guide and his family - downstairs from the room & porches - is respectful.

It was the perfect place for us to spend 2 rainy days in Kandy. We were the only guests, so had the entire building for us. Punya and Ravi are very welcoming and friendly. Convenient location on a hill not far from the city, but quiet at night and with a nice view. Road is good, easy to drive in any weather. Interior is spacious, convenient and beautifully decorated. Included breakfast was delicious, also we had an access to kitchen facilities to cook our own meals and free use of washing machine.

Situé à Kande et offrant une vue sur la montagne, l’établissement Paradise Point Nature Cabana Kandy propose un jardin, un salon commun et une terrasse. This is a carefully designed small cottage. Compact but very comfortable. Out door sitting areas, stoned carved seats and bath tubs, swings, tree house nets. Kids loved it. We loved the peaceful nature and the calm environment.

Le chalet est très beau, propre et confortable. Le gérant est très accueillant et sympathique et sa femme nous a préparé un buffet découverte délicieux.

L’établissement Ark Cabin Villa bénéficie d’un emplacement stratégique à Kandy. La chambre était très propre, un peu éloigné du centre mais facilement accessible à pied en longeant lac. Pas de bruit de voiture.

Doté d’une piscine intérieure, l’hébergement The Los t paradise - Rambukewela vous accueille à Deldeniya, à 19 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Centre commercial Kandy City Center. The hotel was excellent! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the service was truly wonderful. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay very enjoyable.
