The lodge is within an hours drive from Windhoek, so perfect for a weekend getaway. The staff is extremely accommodating for anything you need. Highly recommend the safari drive, and the spa massage. I could go walking into the reserve, which was brilliant.

A very nice lodge. The room was spacious, with a nice outside seating area. There were mosquito nets available, and food was incredible.

Situé à Windhoek et offrant une vue sur la montagne, l’établissement Murangi Travel Lodge comprend une piscine extérieure, un salon commun, une terrasse, un restaurant et un bar. Comme il n’y a pas de restaurant sur place, notre hôte nous a conduit au restaurant voisin et est venu nous chercher en fin de repas. Il assure aussi la navette aéroport. Tout était parfait.

This is a beautiful property outside of Windhoek and a great place to stay if being in the city doesn’t capture your interest. The staff, especially in the restaurant, are wonderful, and the chalets are really beautiful, with comfortable beds, lots of pillows, a spacious shower, and a cool vibe. There are two hikes you can do affording you the chance to see some animals if you are lucky - I saw some giraffe and a herd of wildebeest. Animals can be found on the property too, particularly at night.
