The room was beautiful, the view was stunning, and every detail had been carefully thought out. Everything was spotless and well stocked, from the candles and champagne to the bathtub amenities, plush bedding and quality soaps. The heated towel racks were a lovely extra touch. The hosts were responsive and made sure everything was seamless. I can’t wait to come back.

Taupo Airport is 61 km away. Big open shared spaces made it easy to navigate. All of the amenities were new or great condition. The bedroom had all we needed and the shared bathroom spaces were modern and very clean.

The sea views are a highlight at the bed and breakfast's pool. An absolutely gorgeous place to stay.It looked as if it had been designed and equipped by a professional interior designer and it had a stunning sea view.It was set in the owner’s private immaculate gardens and we were welcomed to walk around them.We were made to feel very welcome and were given directions and recommendations for dinner.There was a very nice continental breakfast left for us to enjoy at our leisure on the terrace.

A large house: upstairs the hosts' home, downstairs the B n B. A large, very nicely appointed lounge/dining room. Very comfortable chairs and sofas. A small neat kitchen area, well equipped. Self catering easily done. A healthy breakfast supplied. Three bedrooms. Mine was the smallest but quite adequate and comfortable. Shared bathroom was well appointed. Other guests were v pleasant. Helpful, welcoming hosts. Wifi worked well. Private on site parking.

Guests can take in the views of the mountain from the patio, which also has outdoor furniture. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. It was perfect, it was the best accommodation in last two weeks in NZ. everything is good.
