At the lodge guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot spring bath. It‘s location above the river, the abundance of flowers and fruit trees and the architecture of natural stones which is nestled into the rocks and hangs of the canyon is simply stunning. There are hotsprings, not the iconic baths next to the river, but a more private and calm space up the hill underneath banana trees. The staff was really nice and helpful, dinner and breakfast good!

Sandra is such a great host, she helped us with organizing all activities in the area. Very unique location. The food was very good. We also really liked the fireplace.

Cabanaconde can be reached in 3 hours, by foot, horse or mule only. The staff was really nice, Helpful in any way they could. Super relaxing, a place to reconnect with nature and yourself. Honestly a mind blowing place to look at the stars.
