The shuttle service was great. Very convenient. Breakfast was decent. Front desk check in was courteous and fairly prompt. The room wasn't quite ready, but we got something to eat in their cafe and they found us 15min later and provided us our room keys, so that was nice.

The room was spacious and the furniture was well placed to maximize the space. The bathroom was nice with modern touches, like the touch lights on the mirror. The breakfast was good with the omlettes made to order by the friendly chef. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location being just walking distance from the convention center, and a short drive to the cruise port and airport and Plaza des Americas. There was a shuttle that took you Old San Juan. That was really great.

The room was spacious, in close proximity to the airport and Old San Juan, there is a complimentary shuttle for Old San Juan, hot breakfast is included, there is a pool, and it was exceptionally clean and updated.
