Situated in the beautiful Kabak Bay, Avalon Bungalows offers spectacular views of the Aegean Sea. The property offers an infinity pool and air-conditioned rooms in wooden bungalows, a 20-minute walk from the beach. Our flight into Dalaman airport was delayed, as was the driver who took us to the hotel. We didn't arrive until 1:30 am! And yet even at that hour, the staff, led by the hotel manager, Barak, were ready and waiting for us. They had a table still set up for us in their dining room and cooked us a wonderful dinner. It was without a doubt the best welcome I've ever received at a hotel! The rest of our stay was similarly amazing. We woke up to a beautiful view of the Mediterranean and a wonderful breakfast. The room was very clean and the staff were always ready to help address any request and helped to arrange a boat tour, a hike on the Lycian Way and everything else we asked for.

We rented house number three. It's a separate house for five people, with two double beds in two rooms and a single bed in the second room, plus a kitchen. The owner provided everything we needed for our stay, including an iron and dishwasher tablets. There's also a good washing machine. The house is decorated in the traditional minimalist style of a Turkish highland village. There's a small pool on the property, which is maintained daily by a wonderful person. This pool refreshed us after returning to the house, as our goal was to explore the surroundings of Dalaman. By the way, the best beach in the Dalaman district, with its crystal-clear water, is Sarsala Bay. You should definitely visit it; it's a magnificent place for swimming and a great place for Instagram photos. And if you're an experienced driver and want to see for yourself, visit Asi Koyu. An unforgettable road trip! The house offers quick access to Istuzu Beach and the beaches of the Sarigerme resort. But the best is undoubtedly Sarsala. Dalaman Airport is a 30-minute drive away. If you want to feel the spirit of a Turkish highland village, I recommend this place.

Located less than 1 km from the centre of Dalyan, 4.9 km from Sulungur Lake, Dalyan Pension provides air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, a garden and a terrace. Complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the property. We loved staying in Dalyan Pension. The pension is located close to the centre but in a quiet area away from the crowds. The views at the waterfront are incredible and staff was very attentive and kind. The room had all we needed and was clean and comfortable.

I stayed here for 10 days in late June and it was a perfect vacation! I had a cozy, freshly renovated bungalow with a comfy bed, hot shower, and small fridge — it felt like home. The hotel is tucked away from the main tourist street, so it's quiet, though I occasionally heard some noise since my bungalow was on the edge. Nothing major — playing soft music easily masked it. The garden is full of flowers and smells amazing, especially the lavender. The shared kitchen was a real gem, especially with grocery stores nearby — great for light, healthy meals, which helps a lot given the rising prices in Türkiye. Wi-Fi was fast, and the hotel team was super kind and helpful. A stylish, family-run place with a warm, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!
