The lodge provides guests with a patio, pool views, a seating area, a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven, and a private bathroom with bath and free toiletries. We stayed in the 2 BR villa called the Farmhouse, in a fully enclosed and secure area populated by wandering wildebeest, springbok and other birds and animals. The unit was well-spaced from other units. It was well built of concrete, tastefully furnished and supplied with high quality sheets and towels. The kitchen was generously provisioned with a multi-function oven, gas oven, and plenty of crockery and cookware, towels and rubbish bags. There was an outside under-cover dining/lounge room with a brai and spa. There were 2 large bedrooms with lockable connecting door. Contact with our hosts was virtual, but they responded quickly and were helpful. There was plenty of opportunity to spot animals from the house and on walks in the neighbourhood.

The provided chalet is fitted with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a dining area and 1 bathroom with a hot tub and shower. Towels and bed linen are offered in the chalet. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. The tented accommodation was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, blending into the surrounding landscape while still feeling like a high-end suite. Inside, the large bed was as plush and comfortable as any five-star hotel, complete with crisp linens and cozy throws. The kitchenette was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease – though, truth be told, we spent most of our time cooking outside. The outdoor braai area was perfect.and the wood-fired hot tub was the cherry on top – perfect for unwinding under the stars with a glass of wine in hand. The best part? The wildlife. From the comfort of our deck, we watched ostriches strut by, zebras grazing in the distance, and waterbuck meandering through the bush. It was like having our own personal safari without ever leaving the tent. This is glamping at its finest – all the immersion of the wilderness with none of the roughing it. Highly recommend for anyone looking to reconnect with nature without sacrificing comfort.

With Sondela Nature Reserve reachable in 15 km, Babohi at Qwabi Private Game Reserve by NEWMARK offers accommodation, a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and a terrace. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. The staff has been exceptional and well trained, super helpful and friendly. A proper warm South African welcome. The food (almost too much of it) the heated pool, the spa, the drinks on the deck, the game drives, the views, rooms are super clean and fresh towels whenever you need. There really isn’t anything not to like. It was a magical restful time and exactly what we needed after a crazy year.

With lake views, this accommodation offers a balcony and a swimming pool. The apartment provides garden views, an outdoor fireplace and a 24-hour front desk. We had an absolutely lovely time at the semi-off grid cabins. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. I loved the facilities, everything was gorgeous and very 5 star quality, the room was huge, beautiful, warm and fancy. The staff was kind, generous and willing to help, their service was impeccable. My favorite places was the bon fire area, the restaurant, the pool & my absolute favorite was the Spa! It was so beautiful, relaxing and amazingly decorated. I wish my home looked like it. I mostly enjoyed the game drive with Brenden. He was professional, funny and very entertaining. He knew alot about animal trakings, different birds and how to attract them and knew where to find all the animals. I was very impressed with him as we saw all the animals we wanted to see but I loved seening the zebras, girraffes, hippos, the rhinos with their cubs drinking water and the elephants with their cubs also drinking waster, the lion sighting was my absolute favorite as we got a majestic roar. We spotted all these animals and more in less than 2 hours which was super amazing so well done Brenden and thank you for being the best tour guide ever! The overall trip was amazing and I had the best birthday weekend ever! I'll definitely be going back in the summer!

Towels and bed linen are offered. Everything. The staff were amazing. Housekeeping came twice daily. Game reserve drives (our guide Ephraim was wonderful). The hotel pampers the customer in every way possible. The views are stunning. The location is serene. The facilities well maintained. We hired a massage which was excellent. (Thank you Witness and the other lady whom I forgot her name). The chef and their staff worked with us to cater to our specific dietary needs. It really was worth splurging to come here and we'd highly recommend. It was the highlight of our memorable trip to South Africa.
