The staff and the facilities were amazing. The tents are luxurious and we could not have been better served by the people there, who looked after us as if we were family. Great place, can't recommend it enough.

I had the most wonderful stay here and I felt completely at home. Would 100% recommend Cosmos Guesthouse! Really appreciated the lift both to and from the station with my heavy suitcase. Note that there are no locks however I felt safe in the area so it wasn't a big concern.

Virtually everything - wildlife, nature, bathing in the river, gym, staff...absolutely fabulous. The high point was the river - it was a warm, sunny day and a perfect opportunity to swim in the nearby, cool river. Our kids jumped into the water from a high rock. An extraordinary, unique place, highly recommended for all.

A dream house for big family with kids and elderly. Well designed, very new and clean. The check in process had a bit hiccup, but the house manager Yuta responded quickly and got the problem solved. Yuta is a nice guy!

The hotel is a staircase away from the famous vine bridge. The host was very kind and helped us with what to do and what to eat. There is a nice common room with board games, manga and a retro nintendo console, as well as a nicely equipped kitchen. The two hot baths are also a plus to the stay.

Great place to stay. Would 10/10 stay again. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Parking was right out in front of our room. The staff were great. Our electronic door code wouldn't work, was easily fixed with a manual key. The suprise was that they included a small meal with each room per person. It was a frozen meal. It was not much, however, after a few long days of travelling it was right what we needed!! Staff organised a taxi for us to the station on our last morning. Met us out the front of our room. The bed was very comfy, and the massage chair was a bonus!! Friendly cat visit on arrival was also nice!!
