Perfect stay with Thanasi, true Albanian hospitality. The restaurant and house are brand new and very clean. The power was out when we arrived due to a thunderstorm, but this didn’t matter at all, we had a delicious dinner prepared by cantle light, and some really nice chats. The bed was so comfy!

Very lovely and quiet place surrounded by beautiful nature. If you travel by car and plan to visit Gjirokaster, then it is a great place to stay. Gjirokaster is full of tourists and busy, so you can relax and enjoy some peace in Bujtina Sophie. You can visit historical and amazing church next door, take some great walks and enjoy good food. I really loved baked cheese with figs and pistachios. Breakfast was nice, beds were comfortable and room was clean. It is a great place to stay to take some time off and just enjoy the peace.

Everything is amazing! The owner was so attentive to all the guests and we felt totally at home. We liked chilling out in the garden after dinner and in the morning. The guesthouse is bit far from the town, but you can get a ride from the friendly owner.

The owner Maradona was really nice, he helped us with everything we asked and drove us to the city with his „Ferrari“. The room was very clean and confortable and the breakfast was very tasty.

Brand new property a few minutes walk from the heart of the wonderful Gjirokaster. Loved our stay and all 4 of us wish we could have stayed longer than two days.
