It’s a new hotel and everything is brand new. Personnel was really friendly and helpful. View is amazing and you are only 10’ walk from city center. Easy access if you arrive by car. But best thing was the breakfast!

It’s a new hotel decorated as the old houses you find in Gjirokaster, so it’s very pleasant. The beds were very much to our taste, you didn’t sink in. Everything was clean and the location was so convenient, because you can access the Old Town right away taking in the main street by car (or walk uphill in the cobble stones street if you like). Breakfast was varied, continental and abundant.

The hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and well-prepared. I also want to highlight the exceptional service we received from Julie. She was professional, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a big difference. Stunning view! Super cozy interior. Amazing staff! The lady on the reception guided us on the way to the hotel by WhatsApp. They even put some treats in the fridge (and also water, it is super sweet)). Coffee was available on the terrace. The design of the hotel is really beautiful, super cozy. We enjoyed our stay so much! The staff was always ready to answer all the questions. We recommend everyone to visit this hotel!

Everything was more than what we could have imagined! As we came late in the season(or at the very end of the season, we were the only ones in the bujtina and had the best service. Thanas picked us up at the church, we had the whole restaurant for us and the most welcoming host. super clean, beautiful views, warm, cozy, a place you want to experience and come back. Thanas is the best example of Albanian hospitality. Hope all the best for this place!
