I think it’s the best place to stay if you have a layover in Erevan. The hosts are very nice and helpful, the rooms are clean, the food is very delicious. Sarkis will pick you up from the airport and bring you back. The drive is short and straightforward with no busy traffic. All safe and sound! Highly recommended!

Very nice guest house, with kind and gentle owners. The room was very clean, the bed was very confortable and very practice. They have very nice garden with barbeque place to make barbeque. I recommend for sure and we will go back there. We are very satisfied. I heard about armenians only good things, so I can prouve that they are very nice people with a big heart. Everything was excellent. The hosts were very welcoming, flexible and easy to communicate with. There was a problem with water heating that they fixed immediately. The flat is nicely furnished and everything was spotless. The homemade breakfast was big and delicious.

The house was neat and clean. Lovely decorations with creative paintings on the wall. The host and his daughter were friendly and helpful. Great location. Echmiadzin is a small and cozy city, can easily reach the centre within 10 mins walking.
