This is a very nice house, you have your own privacy. Everything works well there. Hosts is nice and have good communication. Taxi is not so expensive so don't worry about the distance to Ijevan. There is your own kitchen and bathroom. I recommend it, I had a nice time there. WiFi works well so you can work good also

Pleasant hotel in the city center at minibus stops. Although the hotel is next to the main road, the noise is not disturbing at night. Only the calming sound of the river can be heard. Spacious, clean room, classically but functionally furnished. Clean bathroom equipped with basic hygiene needs. A pleasant and helpful owner, who advises, prepares a good breakfast after agreement and helps with the reservation of a taxi. We can definitely recommend this hotel to explore Ijevan and the surrounding area.

We had the most wonderful stay! I spent my time here with my friends and family, and it truly could not have been better. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely outstanding — every staff member greeted us with genuine smiles and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The pool area was a true highlight — crystal clear water, comfortable loungers, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it hard to leave. Whether it was a quick swim or a full afternoon by the pool, everything was perfectly maintained. The people serving us in the restaurant and around the hotel were exceptional — attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. I stayed in the spacious apartment run by Vanuhi and her family for two nights, it was amazing! Very quiet location in the green with view of the grandmothers garden. Everybody went out of their way to make sure I have everything I need. Also: amazing fresh breakfast! I hope I will be able to come back one day.

Liana is such a lovely host and made a beautiful breakfast. Overall it was a very nice experience despite the weather. Before you book, still keep in mind it's camping but with a touch more luxury ;) the view is amazing. The "tent" was nicely equipped and bed was comfy. If it gets cold you have a heater, which works fine. Overall it was a very nice experience and we can totally recommend it.
