Very kind and friendly hosts. This was the cleanest and most comfortable property we stayed in Armenia. Very nice central location if you are travelling through Armenia, but also perfect for longer stays. We stayed here two times when travelling to Tatev and also on the way back.

Gohar and Manuk and also their three daughters are real treasures. They are very nice and pleasant and also talented people. They welcomed us not as guests, but as real relatives. Gohar and Manuk's home cooked food was absolutely delicious and Manuk's wine and vodka are world class. In LiViTi, everything is real and wonderful, but the best thing are the hosts. They do everything to make the guests feel great. You should definitely stay at LiViTi! Gohar, Manuk, thank you from the bottom of our hearts dear friends! Warm hugs to you, Lily, Vika and Tina! It was an amazing experience from the very begginning- the communication with the facility was very quick, they answered all my questions ahead of our stay and we managed to book a dinner and wine tasting as well. The meal was just perfect! Tasty, rich, well prepared with everything you might want from Armenian dinner experience. The wine they make was delicious! If you plan a trip to this region, you should definitely stay with those guys. Eric was great. Rooms are simple, but there is everything you might need, beds comfortable.
