The room was absolutely comfortable, the bathroom was nice and clean. Check in was smooth and communication with the host was smooth. The breakfast was especially rich and delicious. The staff was really flexible when we asked them to serve the meal earlier than usual. I can absolutely recommend this place close to Spitak centre.

I think this is the best luxorious designer hotel you can find in Vanadzor. The staff is handpicked, with excellent service. Location is amazing with forests from all sides. The hotel restaurant was also very high quality, which served us both dinner and breakfast. Very delicious avodaco benedict with smoked armenian trout. The best benefit is large botanical garden near the hotel. And you get free entrance as a horel guest!

We most enjoyed Marine and her husband’s hospitable personalities - they went above and beyond for us to accommodate our toddler’s needs. Her breakfast omelets and sausages are delicious. She arranged a monastery tour and we enjoyed seeing the main sights in the Lori region. Her location is quiet but a 5-minute walk from the town square where we tried local food and took our toddler to the indoor kids zone play area which was about $1 for 30 minutes. Overall a great two days in Vanadzor!

Good location. We got a different room but it was similar. Some relatives of the host were there during check-in and helped with the communication. They set up a refrigerator for us to use. They were very helpful. The property itself is interesting to walk around. Safe compound. No complaints. Can recommend.
