The hotel is 5 stars, offering everything you may desire: it is very nice and luxurious (room was top, wellness and (outdoor)pool are very good and relaxing; food (breakfast and diner) was excellent). The staff is professional and very helpful. I was lucky as I got an free room update and the possibility for an early check in as well as a late check out. Hochgurgl doesn't really have much restaurants available apart from the hotels so getting this in the hotel would make most sense.
