We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and felt very welcome. It is a family-run hotel where every detail is taken care of, and the warm welcome was especially meaningful to me. We stayed in a hotel apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and an excellent coffee machine. The living room was extremely spacious and safe for small children. In the bedroom, there was a very comfortable bed, and the bathroom with a sauna was beautifully furnished and very spacious. We had access to the balcony both from the living room and the bedroom. We also ordered breakfast, which was homemade and very delicious. We spent the hot parts of the day in the hotel pool, which offers plenty of space and is suitable for small children. In the afternoons, we enjoyed the enclosed outdoor children’s playground. We truly had an unforgettable experience.

The apartment is close to some nice hikes, particularly---as the name of the town suggests---the route to Hochkönig. The apartment was clean and fully equipped. There is a balcony, too, where one can air the hiking boots etc. The place is nicely quiet. There is a deposit, which the owner duly returned after our stay.

    The hotel is great.

    The hotel is great. Located quite high and therefore needs some time to drive up the mountain. Not much to do around the hotel itself, but the facilities in it offer a relaxed evening indoors. In winter with snowy roads, one need tire chains for your car to get up there.

    Different activities are possible near the apartment. With the hochköningcard it ia possible to take different lifts into the mountains. Even in different villages. With the card you can get discount on different activities. Naar the apartment the is a supermarket and a bakery.

    This lovely hotel is a family-run business, and the owners are very friendly and helpful. We had very nice chats and they gave such great advice on what to do/see. I got an upgrade to a bigger room with mountain views. The location is pretty convenient, close to the bus stop, supermarket and restaurants. I could catch the bus to reach the hiking trails easily. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back if I have a chance in the future.

    We stayed for 3 nights, as the location suited our travel plans to visit places of interest. The room was large, comfortable, clean, with a balcony and a mountain view. The staff is helpful and very pleasant. As we were travelling for 10 days, we needed laundry service - the staff was tolerant and allowed us to use the hotel's laundry room, even though the hotel does not need such service. Thank you very much for our own cleanliness :)

    Fantastic place, surrounded by dramatically looking rocky mountains at the back, nice view down the valley, sunny side of the hill. Very good and plentiful buffet breakfast, also dinner was delicious. Wellness section is superb too. And hotel personnel was very hospitable and friendly. Overall, much recommended!!
