    Westerndorf itself is very nice and quiet, not the most lively place I've been to, so wouldn't recommend it if you are young people looking for parties... My main issue was that the entire ski area is not great. It's considered the second largest in Austria, but it's pretty low, and global warming means that the snow there is terrible (even in February). Most of the pistes were too short for my liking and not great. We ended up running away to Kitzbuhel the next day, and it was much better

    We spent most of our time on the ski slopes, which were vast and, well kept and fun to ski on. We loved to have lunch in the mountain, although quite a few restaurants in the town were nice too. It's a small enough town so it's easily navigated. We loved the skiing as a family but would love to return in summer, as it looks like their summer outdoor lifestyle would be great for us too.

    Really good location, there are a range of places to eat and shop. In the evenings there is a range of markets and music. There are plenty of good walks locally, as well as excellent access to local towns and cities further away.

    Everything was perfect: clean room, tasty breakfasts (pefect coffee:) ). Hotel is situated in a very peaceful and silent area. Everything what you need is close (shops, restaurants, pools, amazing lake). The view that we had from the balcony was amazing. Price per night is very good. And now the best part of our stay: The Owners of the hotel are the kindest people in the world, smiley, helpful and talkative. We felt very good in this place and recommend everyone to choose it. We hope to come back soon.

    The apartment was warm and spacious. It had lots of storage which was great as we were in Westendorf for a ski trip. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals in the evening, and for breakfast one morning, we enjoyed fresh eggs given to us by Michaela the host. The location of this apartment is perfect. It’s just outside of the village of Westendorf, about a 10 minute walk from the center.

    Very clean appartement. It is located at walking distance from the ski lifts and bars. Also the price was very good compared to similar appartements in the region. A special thanks to Fam. Krall. They were very kind and helpful. We definitely recommend this appartement.

    Breakfast including was of good quality with plenty of choice. The hotel facilities were excellent, boot room, sauna, spa, indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Hot snacks and cakes etc served from 3.30pm to 5.00pm and a very good evening meal menu.
