Everything was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Daniela. The bed was very comfortable and everything was new and modern after a complete renovation. Lovely pool and wellness area. Highly recommend.

The hotel was beautiful, the facilities were excellent, the staff were fantastic. The beds were really comfortable and the hotel was spotless. Every detail was considered. The restaurant was top quality- the food was excellent. Heidi was so welcoming and so helpful and friendly. We had a really nice stay and we will be back.

    Westerndorf itself is very nice and quiet, not the most lively place I've been to, so wouldn't recommend it if you are young people looking for parties... My main issue was that the entire ski area is not great. It's considered the second largest in Austria, but it's pretty low, and global warming means that the snow there is terrible (even in February). Most of the pistes were too short for my liking and not great. We ended up running away to Kitzbuhel the next day, and it was much better

    We spent most of our time on the ski slopes, which were vast and, well kept and fun to ski on. We loved to have lunch in the mountain, although quite a few restaurants in the town were nice too. It's a small enough town so it's easily navigated. We loved the skiing as a family but would love to return in summer, as it looks like their summer outdoor lifestyle would be great for us too.

    Really good location, there are a range of places to eat and shop. In the evenings there is a range of markets and music. There are plenty of good walks locally, as well as excellent access to local towns and cities further away.

    Breakfast was great, hosts were the most helpful And friendliest I have met. The ski area is vast and Westendorf is one of the prettiest towns I’ve ever visited. Some lovely restaurants and bars. So much choice on the mountain of where to eat and drink also. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Very clean lodge and just a few minutes walk into town which is great to clear the head in your way back from town.

    Highly recommended! Wonderful host with excellent communication. The apartment is very comfortable, fully equipped, and just a 5-minute walk to the gondola (or one ski-bus stop, the return from the gondola is pretty much ski to door). It's also close to the city center and restaurants. Plus, there's a ski room and a shoe dryer. We had a fantastic time!

    Extreemly cozy hotel, with comfy beds and lovely interior. At breakfast we were met by a smiling breakfast chef, who made sure we had the best morning, serving coffee for us and the best freshly made scrambled eggs! When we visit Westendorf in the future, this will be our choice!
