Bridgetown is a lovely town, very friendly, lots of nice drives nearby, great bushwalks and tree parks. Nearby small town Bailingup had the best pies in the bakery. Locally made souvenirs were excellent.

We have been to Bridgetown several times and always leave wanting to come back again! Quaint little town with great cafes, quirky stores and wonderful river walks. The rolling hills and natural bushland make for a beautiful escape immersed in nature.

Bridgetown is best visited in Autumn or Spring when the days are a little cooler. It is a lovely country town set amongst the undulating hillside with the Blackwood River running through it. It is a comfortable 3 hour drive from Perth.

    Bridgetown is very pretty.

Bridgetown is very pretty. Ford House has wonderful gardens and riverside location. Very good pub food and wine list at Bridgetown Hotel. It's lovely both in summer and in winter. Been many times and will go back.

Loved everything about the hotel except the shower in the spar. Being advanced in age it was a little tricky climbing into the spar for a shower and very slippery. Otherwise really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The food was yum and the beds comfy. Photo is view from the balcony. Bridgetown is a Beautiful town and have stayed for a long weekend some years back with our horses with an Adult Riders Group. It was a really lovely ride to the Winery and back. Such great memories.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Bridgetown Hotel. The rooms and the ensuite bathroom are really spacious. It was a chilly 1 degrees the night we were there and the room was warm and cosy. Quiet, no road traffic noise (as the rooms front the veranda). Very clean. Bed was comfy. The continental breakfast included in our room rate was a super clever set up and good value. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed a comfy and cosy stay in this spacious barn lodge. It is clean and well equipped with lovely extra touches such as bath robes, soap options, coffee, port and chocolates. The property is very relaxing and surrounded by nice quiet streets for walking our cavoodle. Bridgetown only a few minutes away also provides lovely walk trails, driving, riding, paddling, and dining options.

Location was gorgeous, with lots of birds and places to sit right by the river. Rooms were nice and tidy, close to Bridgetown center, and a heater kept the place warm (and well insulated that even without it on during heavy rain and early mornings it was warm anyway). Nice to spend a day in even without going out much. Great for a weekender especially.

A fab place to stay in Bridgetown. Cathy was the perfect host, with lots of little extras generously provided (homemade cake, chocs, port etc). Close to town (possibly not walking distance). Comfy bed and everything you could possibly need. Fantastic continental breakfast. Spotless accommodation. Excellent dinner recommendation also.
