Capella is 52 Ks North of Emerald. There are a few options available to travellers for accommodation in Capella and I believe that this is the most reasonable and affordable hotel for am overnight stay.

If Capella is a suitable location at which to break up a longer trip then don't hesitate. Its probably not a great destination in its own right but I have happily stopped over there on quite a few occasions and always found it to be a good town to stay in. A few accommodation options, including a basic but very friendly camp ground where I have stayed and a Hotel, where I haven't stayed but had drinks and a meal. There is also Dooleys Tavern where I most often stay. All fine.
