The staff were so welcoming & helpful. My wife & myself arrived late on the day of our arrival. Starving we asked where could get something to eat. Brett offered us room service pizzas even though the kitchen was closed the pizza oven was still on for a function.They even did GF much to my wife's delight.

    As Cardigan is a little way out of Ballarat, when there are large Events held getting transport to and from can be a challenge as it is not a short walk back to the accommodation. Maybe a courtesy bus could be something to think about.

    We will Never will stay here again very lucky to have got 1...

    We will Never will stay here again very lucky to have got 1 star!!! @ • The bed was comfortable. @ • For a deluxe room it was dirty , cobwebs in bedroom and bathroom, 1,Bathroom the toilet seat was loose. 2, No coffee only 2 tea bags and lots of sugar a small carton of milk half used and all ready opened in the fridge as well. Also dirty mugs in cupboard and no bin bag in the bin. 3, two of us stayed the night but only two towels no hand towels or towel for the floor? 4, we was told when we arrived that the tv remote had no batteries and they were going to get some, that never happened! And the door locked didn't work properly.
