Despite only being a 30-60min drive from Perth, this place gets often missed. Granted, it does not have as many attractions as the Swan Valley or Margaret River - however it also lacks the horde of tourists you often find there. There are a handful of wineries worth visiting, the hiking is excellent and the rolling hills make for a very nice scenery. Great for a short break from the city.
