AustraliaThe house was spacious, clean, modern, & contained everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. The weather was not in our favour, so did not get to spend time at the beach, but the house was perfect & we loved spending our time away playing games & enjoying the comfort, games & theatre experience that White Hut provided. We will definately book here again. Jodie & Scott were fantastic & replied to messages quickly. Top house, comfort plus, they even provided a Christmas tree for us which added the finishing touch to our holiday.

AustraliaThe location of Agnes Cottage was fabulous, as was the bed linen and furnishings. The property was spotlessly clean and very well appointed.
Super comfortable beds and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped.
A second bathroom/toilet outside and well appointed laundry topped this off.

This is a small coastal town.
This is a small coastal town. Can get busy during certain holidays bur mostly it's quiet. 2 pubs and some good eateries. After 12 on Saturday most places are shut. And Sundays almost every thing iis shut. Except holidays as mentioned. If you want a relaxed country stay, I recommend it. Larry the lobster will greet you.Guest review bySissyAustralia - 4.0

Might be good in summer, nice long beach with fine, white sand. But when we were there the water was dirty and the beach was covered in knee-deep seaweed. And it was winter. Cafes but no restaurants, only eating options at night we’re the pubs - The Crown being the better choice. Fishing not good either - maybe due to dirty water.Guest review byPattyAustralia - 10.0

The first thing strongly recommended is head to Beachport from Kingston and enjoy the Bowen Scenic Drive - It is the best Ocean Drive and is breath taking not only for views but U can get as close to the water and rocks as u want. Kingston is a charming little sea-side town and abounds in history, which is well signed so you can read about the old buildings etc. The locals are friendly and helpful and the beach walks and town walks are interesting and relaxing. Shopping is great too with a local IGA and foodland - both well stocked. We had breakfast at the Bliss Cafe - great coffee!!Guest review byKarinAustralia

Older hotel but well maintained and clean. Coffee and tea facilities. Pool which is always welcome in summer. and a BBQ to use as well, Beds are comfortable.
