It was a 20/10 room! the room was perfect, the views were perfect ( more than perfect) as was the linen/towels etc. Nothing that I could fault. It was one of the most beautifulpxlaces we have ever been to. The no wifi was an added bonus, my family and I just soaked up the views, the silence, everything!

The whole chalet is perfect, kitchen is well-equipped, the bed is comfortable, we have a balcony and our own parking space. Location is also pretty good with nice view to the ocean.

Honestly Waterloo hotel just goes that extra mile!!! Cannot believe they provide laundry facilities & powder for no extra charge …. Leave biscuits in your room and not to mention the lovely Charmaine on reception…. Such a joy . We were sorry to leave And what a view … so much going for it… you won’t be sorry you booked!!!
