This property was very central to town. The house was perfect for our needs. The host left us a selection of food for breakfast and cheese to have with a wine. This was unexpected and greatly appreciated after a long drive. Definitely recommend

Location stunning . Nestled against pedler creek and 100 year old Shiraz vines. It was exquisite. Paul was a fabulous host, the tiny house was beautifully presented and Paul set a fire for us which was wonderful. Highly recommend

Paul was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble and Freddie his dog and Gigi the kitten made our stay super enjoyable. The house was lovely, warm and comfortable and the views spectacular. We can’t wait to return.

    McLaren vale offers great views and many choices for cellar door visits. We loved the food on offer and enjoyed catching up with friends over a glass of wine. We were blown away by the friendly and kind service from all staff. Can’t wait to come back!

    Great wine region

    Great wine region All the wineries are reasonably close together, but you either need a car (with a nominated skipper), or go on a wine tour. There are some large wineries and some small boutique wineries. All the staff at the cellar doors were very knowledgeable Some wineries did lunch. There were enough options for evening meals in the town.

    Lovely main street with some nice cafes, Coles and Romeo's Foodland for self-caterers. We visited the Dali exhibition at D'arenburg winery, before an amazing lunch at D'arry's verandah restaurant. D'arry's was absolutely flawless, beautiful food and incredible service. We will be visit the area again just to return to the Verandah.

    Good flat walks, friendly people, easygoing drivers so time to look around whilst finding the next winery for tasting. Visited Victor harbour and the peninsula which was not far. Wilunga a great little town with a lovely general store serving great coffee and homemade treats.

    Fantastic 'feed me' lunch at Coriole. Must get to Chalk hill to try the Never Never gins, and pizzas. Amazing view, vibe and live music. So much to do in McLaren Vale, need to come back and explore soon.

    160 cellar doors so very accessable to the city with amazing walking trails. Absolutely loved 'Down the Rabbit Hole' and 'Mollydooker'. a great location for my 18 year olds first wine tasting experience. Fantastic Pizzas at Down the Rabbit Hole - no wonder it's so popular. Fantastic service and education at Mollydooker - so welcoming

    Ciaran was an exceptional host who went above and beyond. From a welcoming cup of tea upon arrival to the most amazing and filling breakfasts. The night cap of a local port was just a great touch. I definitely will rebook on my next visit to McLaren Vale and highly recommend that if travelling to the area, consider this accommodation. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

    Serafino is in a beautiful, serene setting. The gardens, lawns and gardens are a delight. The resort is close to the McLaren Vale township and convenient for sightseeing and visiting other wineries. We really enjoyed our complimentary wine tasting, and brought some wine home as a memento.
