    Make sure that it is not flooding in the area when you go.

    Make sure that it is not flooding in the area when you go. we could get to our accommodation that was booked through this company and had to try and find an alternative accommodation late at night. very hard to get your money back from this company and no one replies to your concerns. Still trying to get my money back not happy. no Australian phone number to be found anywhere. be careful when booking with this company.

    Our stay at Quest Narre Warren was great and very comfortable! All of the staff were amazing, very helpful and accomodating. My partner and I had a lovely time. The location was excellent, in walking distance to Westfield shopping centre. The pool was super for the hot weather and the room was equipped with absolutely everything we needed. Fully furnished, could definitely have stayed for much longer. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so effortless.

    Very spacious and tidy. has everything you need including silverware and plates which i was surprised by. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Although my flight back home was after my hotel checkout time, the staff were more than happy to take care of luggage. 10/10 experience.
