We had awesome time at Daintree Manor. We stayed three nights and it was not enough, we wish we stayed 5. We loved the actual Manor, built from beautiful timber with stunning timber floors throughout, our luxury room had beautiful furniture and a gorgeous panel on the wall. The bed was super comfy with nice linen. The house is off the grid relying on solar power and rain water but all the comforts are provided to have a great rest and enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding stunning gardens inhabited by birds, butterflies and wildlife. The gardens and the views from the balcony are breathtaking and you always see different birds, butterflies and dragonflies depending on the time of the day. Our hosts Charmaine and Robbie are super hosts, ensuring you are treated like gold and well looked after. They serve a healthy cooked breakfast every morning which is served on the balcony with best views to the rainforest and gardens. Freshly brewed Lavazza coffee and 15 different teas are available at all times. They bring boiled water from their stove. Everything we experienced at the Daintree Manor is ecologically friendly. Most enjoyable of all was the company of our hosts who have lived there for a long time and both are very knowledgeable of the rainforest, the wildlife and how to behave if you encounter it. They made our stay unforgettable and we are so grateful for the shared knowledge and experiences. If you want to go back to nature and find the Paradise Lost head to Daintree Manor and experience the True one.

Location was great. Room was excellent, had everything we needed, great size. Had a balcony, which is always a plus. Had a lift even better. Undercover parking was a bonus as well.

A beautifully furnished bungalow, looking into a lovely garden fringed with rainforest and with a glimpse of the sea at beautiful Thornton Beach.. Big blue Ulysses butterflies fluttered amongst the flowers, a cassowary visited at breakfast time. A wonderful bathroom! This was a most satisfying stay. The villas are spacious, clean, and comfortable and I couldn't fault them. The staff were extremely helpful in all regards, and I highly recommend this accommodation.
